Here at Rounds, we’ve been hiring! It’s an exciting time when you can hire new people to grow the product and expand the user base. The flip side is that hiring is a very challenging activity, as I hope you will come to understand in this post. We’ll go over our process for hiring, including what’s important to us and what turns us off. In the end, we hope you’ll take away some good tips and perhaps even apply to work for us!

We’ve added a great new ‘Like’ feature to our Facebook Application! Now, when you are using the Random Rounds feature, you can ‘Like’ the person you’re chatting with! This means that they will be able to see when you are on the application.
Here at Rounds, we love AllMyFaves, a great bookmarking website to easily organize the best parts of the web. No need to run to Google right away, AllMyFaves is a visual-based Web navigation experience bringing you the best of the most searched categories. We love how simple their service is, as well as how we get to discover new sites along the way!
We just celebrated another fantastic year here at Rounds and wanted to show you everything we’ve accomplished, thanks to all of you! There’s been so many exciting things that happened in 2011, from new hires to tons of new games and huge milestones, we simply can’t believe it!
