Kelly- You may need to update your Flash player. This may be contributing to the trouble you’re having with connecting.

Enocen khanp-We cannot unblock you from Random Rounds at this time. But continue to enjoy the games, taking photos, and so much more on your own, or with friends!

im using internet exploerer 9 and am getting no progress on random round like mnany of these mails it just says connecting then seems like ur having trouble connecting please try again then connecting but no connection is randomly made by the looks of it you have a major bug issue as this function used to work for myself and my friends but it dont anymore and there are a lot of mesages saying the same

Second, if you get reported too many times, you might see a message asking you to contact help@rounds.com – this usually means that you’ve been blocked, so just try again in a few days and behave next time so you won’t be blocked for good. Sometimes good people are blocked, but we have to take these measures in order to protect our members. If there are further problems with this, please contact Support@rounds.com with your proper e-mail address, or Facebook name so we can look in to it further.

random round doesnot work and has not worked it looks like its taken us to long to find some one press cancel and try agian’ well i have for the past few days and it has not worked When i press “meet someone new” it appears to be loading but it never lets me chat with anyone lease help me whats my wrong long time i been blocked please kindly unblock me. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz solve my problem????????????????????????

crammer lacayo- You shouldn’t be blocked unless you are trying to use Random Rounds. If you are, the reason is because you need at least 100 friends. If not, you should be able to use everything else that Rounds has to offer.

Cynthia- There might have been a momentary disconnection with your friend’s webcam. Hang up, refresh the page, and try again. This should solve the problem.
