I think the the only people to point fingers at should be NBC. Leno does not have that much power on programing. I really think what started this whole mess was the affiliate stations got tired of the ratings for both shows and ga d enough.
If you look at the ratings for both...they have both dropprd since the start while Letterman and Kimmels ratings have risen. No wonder the shake up.
If nothing else, has surely put NBC back on the map all be kind ugley at times.
To be honest, I don't think people were ready for Conan to take to the iconic seat at the Tonight Show. He had better ratings before and a loyal fan base that he still carries but not the same fit.
While on the other side fo the other networks CBS and ABC have been reaping the benefits until the unrest. Now both Leno and Conan have had a spike in their ratings....go figure......

If I'm not mistaken......Conan's deal was to take the Tonight Show on the premise that Leno was gonna test the market for a 10pm.experiment. It didn't work for NBC now Conan is crying like a little bitch. "I" thought it was a big mistake in the first place. Leno and Conan are 2 completely different forms of humor. Leno being a lifetime comic and Conan being a writer for SNL.My vote is to send Conan back to 12:35am in New York where he's appreciated, put Leno at 11:35, call it the Tonight Show as it was and take that silly ass Jimmy Fallon off completely.(don't get me started on what a waste of air time HE is)....and as Dennis Miller would put it....."That's just my opinion, I could be wrong" Thanks,Al

The Tonight Show was in first place for 60 years and four months ago we saw an end to that because no one wanted to watch your show. Leno was and is much funner and held a way, way bigger following than you will ever have. I was shocked when NBC made the change and said from the start it was a BIG mistake. I guess I was right. Pleas leave Conan, we don't care where you go, just go, and make room for LENO, a much funner, much more appealing and creative funny man, of which you are not.
Jamie Parks
PS: the person (FOOL) who made the change in the first place should GO as well.
