Online Quiz: What Kind Of Facebook User Are You?

I remember when I was a teenager and used to take vacations with my friends. We used to buy bus tickets and go to a theme park or some kind of out of city event. Our group was a mix of boys and girls, and the difference in how each sex prepared was pretty obvious. Us boys would be lucky if we remembered to bring sunscreen lotion or water, while the girls had enough supplies to ride out the apocalypse. So while we sat on the bus for hours, the boys didn’t have anything to do but stare at the back of the seats, while the girls had a library of women magazines. On one trip, out of sheer boredom, I took some of the quizzes. They were actually kind of fun. I found out who my perfect boyfriend is (the bad boy) and whether I am a prude or a slut (I’m apparently kind of slutty….but only for the bad boy.) I learned something new about myself. Recently I did an article about the different kind of Facebook users, and in the spirit of women magazines everywhere, here is a quiz about what kind of Facebook user you are.

Alright now tally up your points.

8-13 points: The Energizer Bunny. Your thinking is: why have a Facebook account if you’re not going to use it? There’s nothing too little that happens in your life that isn’t worth a status update. And you’re always ready to like a friend’s status or wish someone a happy birthday, even though you might barely know the person. It doesn’t matter if your computer breaks or a meteor falls on your house, nothing will keep you from your Facebook. If you don’t post something for a day, your friends know to call the police, because something terrible has happened.

14-19: The Drama Queen. You post a lot, but lets face it, most of what your posting is about you, isn’t it? Friends, relationships, family, work, people need to know what’s going on in your life and especially how you feel about it. You have more pictures on Facebook than any your friends, but yet you don’t look bad in any of them. To be fair though, not every emotion you’re expressing is bad. It’s just that you’re a bit of roller-coaster. Sometimes you’re up, sometimes you’re down.

20-26: The Ghost. You joined Facebook because all your friends did, but you never really got into it. If you have something to say to someone, you’re far more likely to call them up then post something on their wall. Your profile picture has been the same for years, and your wall look is pretty much empty, except for the occasional friend acceptance. You have the fewest pictures of all your friends, and no one even bothers to get a hold of you through Facebook, as they know it will be weeks until you even notice.

27+: The Family Member. You might not actually be related to any of your Facebook friends, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t your family. You’re a nurturer by nature, and you think of everyone else before you think of yourself. Sure, you like to have fun and laugh at a good joke, but never at anyone’s expense. In real life, you’re the parent of the group, always looking out for people. That translates over to the Facebook world as well.

So, which did you turn out to be?
