There’s nothing like tattoos that have actual meaning behind them. You may find yourself asking what it means or why it’s there. Whether they are creative, cute, meaningful, irrelevant, or just plain stupid; everyone loves good matching tattoos. From husband and wife with inked rings to family crests and continuation pieces – we’ve got the best 80 matching tattoos.
Couples
You’ve got to give credit to those couples that tattoo on their wedding rings – good for you! They better be staying together forever. Otherwise, couple tattoos are cute and fun to explain to other people. Husband and wife, boyfriend and girlfriend, whatever have you, we adore those lovey dovey inks!
Family
It’s cool to be born into a family of inked up members because it means you’ll never have to hide yours! We love the meaningful ‘la familia’ concepts and symbolic notions. Sibling tattoos and more; get inked and be linked forever.
BFFs
What better way to show your BFF how much you love them than to get matching tattoos? Continuation tattoos, matching ones, funny ones, creative ones, or symbolic ones – all in all BFF tattoos spread the love and look really cute.

Just saying– those “sketch bff” tattoos are actually mine and my boyfriend’s. I drew that and we both got it tattooed on us.
Don’t why it’s credited to a photobucket that doesn’t work anymore, but it’s actually mine, can you link it to my blog?

Thanks.

I have an awesome couple tattoo, how do I post it?

a lot of these do not look real. the two girls with the silhouette men, the butterfly tribal back piece, the sharpie looking heart/roses/lettering/ doodle forearm pieces, the grapes and peanut…. just my opinion. and I agree with Manda, text on fingers/feet like that are a bad idea, the ink falls out in that skin and needs to be retouched often.
LadyBug
I have 34 bad ass tats. Me and one of my best friends have a matching one and me and my other bestie have matching ones. And me and my sis have matching ones. I think they’re great!! And we can always look at them and remember that time and place. Leave the negativity. Tats are permanent and typically have meaning to the person wearing them!
Manda
Most of these are bad. Finger tattoos are a terrible idea, they age horribly. Same applies to the side of the foot. We don’t do them in my shop for that reason.
And the “We go down together” ones look like they were done by 2 different artists, with 2 very different skill levels.

Hello,
Can you please change the photo credit to me, seeing as the “Tea for Two” tattoos under “bff tattoos” are mine and my sisters?
Thanks!

The two girls with the butterfly isn’t a real tattoo. it’s painted on them. i know them.

I wish people would not nit-pick at the tiniest things.
Yes the puzzle pieces are angled up wrong, but so what?
Yes, Jess was wrong about the puzzle pieces fitting, but so what?
It’s the idea that counts, not the way the tattoo looks…
PS – Yes I am nit-picking at the nit-pickers, but so what? :P
Ryan
Actually you guys are talking about 2 corner pieces that when lined up would be angled wrong. Yes the two pieces connect but you would have one that it pointed up and the other is pointed down. The fact that this is even being discussed is asinine.
Jax
@Dimitris
He is right, maybe next time you should check that you’re right before you post. The two side pieces fit.
Roo
My sister and I have matching tattoos and we love them! No matter how far apart we may be, I always have her with me :)

@ Gu4rd
Just a friendly piece of advice…
How about next time, before mindlessly insulting somebody, you double check to make sure that you’re actually right? Sound reasonable enough?
Gu4rd
@ jess… her foot is lifted up stupid…that is why it doesn’t “look” like it “fits.”
Jess
The puzzle pieces don’t actually fit together. Cute idea but it would definitely be better if the pieces fit. Haha.

Bad ass..thanks for the ideas!
