6rounds Update!

Hey guys,

As you may have noticed, we just uploaded a new and better version of rounds.com.

In case you haven’t checked it out yet, here’s a few of the improvements added:

  • Smoother… The new version is faster, more stable, less buggy and just much more stronger.
  • Friendlier… You can now invite your friends from Facebook, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! and AOL.
  • Funnier… View the latest featured snapshots on the new Lobby and see people having fun. :)
  • P2Pier… The video experience now uses P2P streaming and the results are absolutely amazing!

Blog Redesign

For the past month or so we have had an intern working with us. He’s come to work with us for three months from Germany. If you saw our pictorial guide to 2009 then you would recognize him from the pictures. Over the past two weeks, Grischa has been working hard at redesigning our blog and we are extremely pleased with the tremendous work he’s done. This being said, we would like to:

As the end of 2009 draws near and 2010 is just around the corner, we find ourselves recapping the last year and reflecting on our achievements and the things we hope to achieve in the year to come. 6rounds was launched a mere six months ago and have achieved many exciting things over the past half a year. After I saw Andrew McDonald’s great pictorial post, I thought that doing a pictorial recap of the past year would be the best.



Bigger and better settings page!

Many of you may have noticed that up until now there weren’t that many options for changing your account settings, so if you registered with a wrong birthday or got your name wrong, you were stuck with it, but all this has changed now!

Firstly, I want to thank you for your patience. You all know that 6rounds is still in beta and therefore we are constantly updating and improving our offerings. Do note though that every request I received until now, I have sorted out and processed as fast as humanly possible :)
